  • 1979
    From the Workshop to True Excellence


    Gianfranco Mioli opens a custom-made woodworking shop with his brother Eugenio.
  • 1980


    The third brother, Carlo, joins the team.
    The three design interiors for private homes and begin to sell kitchens and furniture in general. In the first months of the year the first model produced entirely by the company was born and bears the name of the newborn daughter of Gianfranco, Erika.
  • 1986


    The company starts to develop their own ideas, and designs and produces design kitchens, using high-quality materials and creating original solutions. During this period they launch the following models:
    Erika2,height up to cm. 260 cm., modular,
    Flavia ash with post-formed laminates;
    Liana made from Italian walnut;
    Allantè, a model with a unique personality,
    Nadia, no handles, made with a light Italian walnut
    Olmo, with Yellow Venetian granite counters.
  • 1989


    New models are born:
    Giulia oak, with perimeter blocks and Sabrina in natural ash, with Ceramic tiles embedded in the wooden floors. The company moved into a new production site in order to increase their operational facilities, renews much of the machinery, equipment and adopts a new layout.
  • 1991


    New models are born:
    Giulia walnut, with cooking in pink quartzite, with inlays in pink marble and black granite and Elena walnut, with backs mixed green and lamellar beech.
  • 1992


    Smile is born, with fronts in national walnut numbered with horizontal veins.
  • 1994


    New models are born:
    Giulia cherry, with low-angle cooking and fireplace and Nadia, with doors in blond Italian walnut.
  • 1997


    The new Stefy cherry wood collection is born, a kitchen with lowered cooking and lots of marble inlays, on the backrests and on the cooking and table legs.
  • 1999


    New models are born:
    Hidra dark cherry with a 10 cm thick worktop in Carrara marble and Syria matt lacquered closed pore.
  • 2000


    The Vicenza showroom opens.
    A path of renewal of modeling begins: the new collection with exclusive bleached finish is born, the Sonia chestnut frame collection, complete with sideboard on wheels, and the new Hidra bleached cherrywood.
  • 2001


    Logica is born, kitchen designed for bio-architecture.
  • 2003


    New models:
    Ines chestnut, with exclusive bleached finish.
    Etra bleached chestnut, with orthogonal application of the veneer.
  • 2004


    The Dema bleached chestnut collection is born: kitchen with opening container-hood, sideboard and table.
  • 2006


    Queen is born, scenographic kitchen project equipped with Boiserie abitabile®.
  • 2008


    The Cinquecento is born, the cuisine inspired by the architect Andrea Palladio in the five hundredth anniversary of his birth.
  • 2009


    To satisfy an increasingly demanding and international public, the Arthesi brand is created, the highest expression of manufacturing value and exclusivity.
  • 2010


    Duchessa is born, double-leaf door, like the Cinquecento flagship but without metal bars, equipped with new motorized Boiserie abitabile®. The result is elegant simplicity, a monochromatic shell that hides inside cutting-edge technology, colored papers, and wood elements.
  • 2011


    Elegant is born, with the innovative lacquered lowered frame door and wooden mirror.
  • 2012


    Gianfranco Mioli receives the Entrepreneur Excellence Award by Confartigianato.
  • 2013


    The Dorian collection is born, precious materials, maximum freedom of expression and cutting-edge appliances such as the innovative Bora, an integrated hob and hood system, presented in national preview.
  • 2014


    One of the most prestigious Russian furnishing magazines, "100% cucine" dedicates the entire cover to Dorian, the collection exhibited at Palazzo Visconti in Milan, in conjunction with Eurocucina.
  • 2017


    In Fort Lauderdale (Florida), the first overseas showroom opens, displaying a kitchen island of the Cinquecento collection.
  • 2018


    In conjunction with the international Eurocucina fair in Milan, Arthesi presents at Palazzo Giureconsulti the new Boiserie Julien with Touch finishing.
  • Today

    With a presence in 42 countries around the world, the second generation of Mioli family has been able to face up the new global challenges, reconfirming Arthesi as an Italian brand of excellence in the segment of sartorial kitchens.
